Material – 10–12 mint leaves, 1 lemon (cut into pieces), 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar syrup, soda or sparkling water, ice cubes
Method – Add mint, lemon and sugar in a glass and mash it lightly. Add ice and top with soda. Mix well and serve. If you want, you can give it a desi twist by adding some chaat masala on top.
Strawberry Basil Cooler
Material – 4–5 fresh strawberries, 4–5 basil leaves, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, soda or cold water, ice
Method – Lightly blend strawberries and basil in a mixer. Pour the mixture into a glass, add honey and lemon juice. Add ice and sprinkle soda on top. Mix well and serve chilled.
Pineapple Ginger Fizz
Material – 1 cup pineapple juice, ½ tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp honey, soda, ice
method –Mix pineapple juice, ginger and honey in a glass. Add ice and top with soda. Mix lightly. This drink tastes very refreshing with mild spicy and sweet flavor.
Mango Mint Sparkler
Material –½ cup mango pulp, 5–6 mint leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, soda, ice
Method –Mix mango pulp and lemon juice in a glass. Crush the mint lightly and add it. Add ice and add soda on top. Everyone will like this drink as bright as the colors of Holi.
Watermelon Lime Cooler
Material –1 cup watermelon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar syrup, mint (for garnish), ice
Method –Mix lemon juice and sugar syrup in watermelon juice. Add ice and garnish with mint. This drink is light, sweet and very refreshing.
