Holi 2026: Holi is a festival of happiness and colors, for which we all wait a lot, especially children. In earlier times, people used to prepare natural colors and gulal at home. Now there are countless options available in the market, but a lot of chemicals are added to colors including gulal. This is very harmful for our skin and your health. There are some colors in which lead is mixed and this causes peeling of the skin. Problems like rashes, rashes, itching, burning sensation can bother you for a long time. Use herbal or natural colors
While buying colors from the market, definitely look for “Herbal” or “Organic” written on them. Try to use home made colors (like turmeric, sandalwood, gram flour, flower powder). Avoid too bright or bright colors, these may contain more chemicals.

Let children play Holi only with safe and natural colors. Keep the elderly and people with allergies away from chemical colors.
