Jammu-Kashmir Election: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge spoke to the media in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. During this, he told about the guarantee of Congress and targeted Home Minister Amit Shah. He said that, Home Minister Amit Shah talks big during the campaign, later says that these were election slogans. BJP is saying that it will give 5 lakh jobs. In such a situation, the question is that you are in the government, then why did you not give jobs. But Congress does what it says… so we will recruit for 1 lakh posts.

He further said, there is 35% unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir and 65% government posts are vacant here. BJP had a lot of time, their LG also had power, but they did not fill the vacant posts. Earlier people here used to get 11 kg of grains, BJP reduced it to 5 kg. As soon as Congress comes to power, it will fill the vacant posts and provide 11 kg ration.

The Congress President said, Narendra Modi and Amit Shah always make slogans and ask for votes on those. He said, we started the MNREGA scheme, waived off the loans of the farmers of the country, brought the Food Security Act for the public, created better educational opportunities, worked for the upliftment of the poor… Congress Party has always worked for the country and the people.

Congress' guarantee for Jammu and Kashmir
Meanwhile, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also enumerated the guarantees of Congress. He said that, if the Congress government comes to power, Jammu Kashmir will get statehood, Rs 3000 to the head of the household, health insurance up to 25 lakhs to every family, super specialty hospital in every district and other guarantees of Congress.
