Quick home services startup Pronto has raised $25 Mn (about ₹228.9 Cr) in its Series B round led by Epiq Capital, as the startup looks to deepen its presence in the cities it operates in.
Existing investors Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst and Bain Capital Ventures also participated in the round.
The startup, which currently offers services in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, among other cities, said its daily bookings have risen from around 1,000 to more than 18,000 in the past seven months. It claims to be growing at over 20% week-on-week.
Pronto plans to use the fresh capital to hire and train more professionals and strengthen its operations across existing markets and service categories over the next 12 to 18 months.
Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto connects urban households with trained and background-verified domestic workers, providing 10-minute on-demand home services. The startup said it currently works with nearly 3,000 professionals and has a core team of about 60 employees.
Pronto offers services such as sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry assistance and other routine chores, allowing users to book instant, scheduled or recurring slots through its app.
The domestic help market in urban India continues to run largely on informal referrals and word of mouth, with little certainty for either households or workers. Pronto aims to bring structure to the sector by offering fixed shifts, predictable pay and support for workers, while promising households dependable service.
The startup recently shifted its headquarters to Bengaluru’s HSR Layout xxx to tap into the city’s tech talent pool, while retaining customer support operations in Gurugram.
The funding comes nearly six months after Pronto raised $11 Mn in its Series A funding round in August last year. The quick commerce boom in the country, which began with grocery deliveries, has expanded to other segments such as fashion and home services, as urban consumers look for instant services.
Within this, the instance home services has been seeing rapid growth, resulting in investors aggressively backing startups operating in the segment. Pronto’s competitor Snabbit raised $30 Mn in its Series C round in October last year. It was its third funding round of 2025.
Besides Snabbit, Pronto competes with Urban Company’s Insta Help. Urban Company, too, continues to be bullish on the instant home services segment, and said Insta Help crossed 50,000 daily bookings on February 22 – in less than a year of its launch.
