Homelane’s Franchise Expansion Plan Accelerates! 756 crore performance with 22 percent revenue growth
Homelane, India’s leading end-to-end home interiors solutions platform, has reported strong performance in FY2024-25, making a decisive move towards profitability. The company’s revenue has grown by 22 percent to Rs 756 crore in FY 2025, with a positive growth in EBITDA in the fourth quarter. Building on this performance, the company has announced plans to expand beyond major metro cities and launch 100 new franchisee-led stores in the next 12 months. Homelane’s franchise network currently operates under two models. These include franchisee-owned, company-operated (FOCO) and the recently introduced franchisee-owned, franchisee-operated (FOFO) model. In 2025, the company has expanded its presence in more than 40 cities across the country and completed interior works of more than 55 thousand houses. An average of 30 homes are being completed with installation work per day.

Along with major metros like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and emerging cities like Siliguri, Jaipur, Kochi, technology-driven and reliable interior solutions are being made available through a franchisee-led model. The company’s proprietary software systems and efficient supply chain enable timely and quality service delivery.
Shrikant Iyer, CEO and co-founder of Homelane, said that the progress made by 2025 has laid a strong foundation for the company’s further growth. Expansion of the franchise network and improvement in operational capabilities have enabled technology-enabled interior services to reach more homeowners across the country. He also clarified that in 2026, special focus will be placed on the second and third tier markets including major cities. At the heart of the company’s end-to-end design-to-production approach is the AI-powered ‘Spacecraft’ design and planning platform. Machine learning and 3D visualization enable accurate cost estimation and rapid planning. In addition, over 160 laminate shades, private label products such as Tyrox hardware and Hydroguard Plus boards bolster the company’s network.

In 2025, Homelane strengthened its grip on the market by acquiring DesignCafé. It has managed to reduce the net loss from Rs 121.7 crore in FY 2024 to Rs 80 crore in FY 2025. Besides, EBITDA loss has reduced from 15 percent to 9.9 percent. The company has raised capital of Rs 225 crore in 2024 to support long-term development plans. Heading into 2026, Homelane is confidently moving towards achieving full-year profitability by implementing a three-pronged strategy of an asset-centric franchise model, technology-based execution and on-time delivery.
