500 grams shrimp
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
2 chopped green chillies
2 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1-2 teaspoon coconut powder
Salt
fresh coriander leaves

Prawn fry

First of all, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt in a bowl and make a paste with some water.

Wash the prawns thoroughly, remove their veins and drain them thoroughly and dry them.
Now, mix the prawns well in the spice paste and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Now heat oil in the pan. Then add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
When the mustard seeds start crackling, add chopped green chillies and onions and fry. Fry the onion until golden.
Now, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes so that the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook until it becomes soft and oil starts separating.
Now add marinated prawns to the masala and mix well. Let the prawns cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are completely cooked.
Then finally, add lemon juice, mix and garnish with coriander leaves.
You can serve prawn fry with roti or rice.
