Honda Honda is all set to introduce its popular sedan City with a new facelift update in 2026. This will be the second major update for the fifth generation Honda City. This model, which was launched for the first time in 2020, will have a more stylish look due to the new update. The hybrid variant of the car will continue to offer excellent mileage and advanced features as before. The car will compete with Hyundai Verna, Skoda Slavia and Volkswagen Virtus in the Indian market.

According to reports, the design of the Honda City 2026 will be based on the company’s global models. A glimpse of Honda Civic can be seen in this. The front profile will feature a new chrome grille, sharp LED headlamps and daytime running lights (DRLs). The bumper will be presented with a more sporty design. New 16-inch alloy wheels in the side profile will give the car a more premium look. The interior is likely to get better quality materials, soft-touch dashboard and leather seats.

The new Honda City 2026 can be offered with a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which will get wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. Apart from this, it will get features like digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, push-button start, sunroof and rear AC vents. This sedan will be more advanced in terms of technology.

Honda City has always been known for safety. The 2026 model will also get Honda Sensing technology, which will include adaptive cruise control, lane assist, automatic braking system and various road safety features. Along with this, essential safety features like 6 airbags, ABS, stability control and hill start assist will also be available.
