House Democrats release new photos of Epstein estate containing Gates, Chomsky amid DOJ deadline

Democrats on the U.S. House Oversight Committee released approximately 68 more photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on December 18, 2025, shedding light on the late sex offender’s network ahead of a deadline for broader file disclosure by the Justice Department.

These undated, decontextualized photographs—selected from ~95,000 photographs found at the estate—include **Bill Gates** posing with a woman (face hidden), **Noam Chomsky** sitting next to Epstein on a plane, **Woody Allen**, and **Steve Bannon** (both previously released). Others also appear, such as Sergei Brin and David Brooks. None of the photographs show criminal activity by the associates.

Disturbingly, quotes from Vladimir Nabokov’s *Lolita*—a novel about the obsession with pedophilia—are handwritten on a woman’s body (chest, neck, back, legs). This batch also contains hidden passport/ID cards (mostly labeled “Women,” from Russia, Ukraine, etc.), property maps, and a text screenshot containing “J.” There has been talk of “girls” paying $1,000 per girl. Senior Democrat Robert Garcia said the disclosures provide “transparency into Epstein’s network and disturbing activities,” and he urged the Justice Department to meet the Epstein Files Transparency Act’s December 19 deadline to submit declassified records.

Gates and Chomsky have previously acknowledged meetings with Epstein (Gates called it “a big mistake”; Chomsky mentioned occasional contact). There is no indication of any new wrongdoing.

Republicans accused Democrats of selective disclosure; The White House supported Trump’s efforts for full transparency. The committee continues to review the content and edit potential victim information.
