Ranchi: The swearing-in ceremony of Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand will be held on 28 November. Hemant Soren will take oath as Chief Minister. Some ministers will also take oath along with them. A grand swearing-in ceremony will be held at Morhabadi ground in Ranchi. Preparations are being made for this. On Monday, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan took stock of the preparations for the function at Morhabadi ground. Before this, he held a meeting in the confidential office of Morabadi regarding the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister and Cabinet Ministers and directed the officials to complete the work within the stipulated time.

Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan took stock of the preparations at Morhabadi, the venue of the swearing-in ceremony. While giving instructions to the concerned officials, he said that all the preparations should be completed within the stipulated time.

A large number of people from far-flung areas of Jharkhand are likely to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Apart from guests/special persons, senior administrative officials are likely to be present in the programme. Regarding this, Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan gave instructions to the officials on law and order and other issues at the venue of the ceremony.

Deputy Commissioner Varun Ranjan directed the officials concerned regarding the swearing-in ceremony to ensure complete arrangements within the stipulated time. Vehicles for transportation of people, food arrangements, accommodation facilities for guests coming from other states during the function and their traditional welcome, parking, transportation arrangements, movement of VVIP vehicles, minute-to-minute of the program. Asked to restore other facilities including minutes, routelining, control room, drinking water arrangement, mobile toilet, fire fighting.

In the meeting held in the confidential office, Ranchi Senior Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Sinha, Deputy Development Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer Utkarsh Kumar, Additional Collector Ramnarayan Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order) Rajeshwar Nath Alok, District Nazarat Deputy Collector Dr. Sudesh Kumar. , District Transport Officer Akhilesh Kumar, District Public Relations Officer Urvashi Pandey and others were present.
