‘How do you talk’, angry at the leader, Trump blames the burden of tariffs on Switzerland

Under the wrath of eccentric President Donald Trump, the country of Europe is Switzerland. Trump increased tariffs instead of reducing tariffs because he did not like the way the country’s female leader spoke. As soon as this strange behavior of the US President came to the fore, noise started in the world politics.

According to international media sources, the member of the Swiss Federal Council, Karin Keller Suter, called the US President with a request to reduce tariffs. His request was that Switzerland is a small country. As a result, the duty should be reduced from them. However, after those talks ended, instead of 30 percent, the tariff on the country was increased to 39 percent.

“I didn’t like the way he talked to me at all. Instead of letting him go, I raised tariffs on the country to 39 percent,” Trump said.

US President Trump also explained the reason for increasing tariffs. He said, “I imposed 30 percent duty on them which is very low. In this situation I got a call. I thought maybe the Prime Minister or the President of Switzerland called. But the person on the other end of the phone was a woman. Although she spoke well, her speaking style was very aggressive. She kept saying the same thing again and again, sir we are a small country. It is not possible for us to pay so much duty. She did not want to leave the phone.”

Trump later said, “I didn’t like the way he talked to me. Instead of letting him go, I raised tariffs on the country to 39 percent.” Trump added, “Switzerland has been exporting goods to America for a long time without paying any tariffs. America’s trade deficit with the country is currently $42 billion.”
