How much money will be left in which team's purse after IPL 2025 auction?

Spots: The two-day IPL 2025 auction has ended. During that period, all the 10 teams spent money like water. Huge offers worth billions of dollars were made for each player. Billions of rupees were lost in a short time. The team is now set to compete in the Indian Premier League next season. IPL is expected to be held in March. On the other hand, the question arises whether the team will have any money left after the auction? Therefore the answer is yes. If this team wanted, it could have signed some more players with that amount.

Rishabh Pant is currently the most expensive player in IPL. Mitchell Starc remained in this seat for the first two days but LSG or Lucknow Supergiants broke the record by signing Pant for Rs 2.70 crore. The team bid on a total of 182 players in the two-day auction. It includes 62 foreign players. This time BCCI also gave RTM or Right to Match cards to the team, due to which a total of eight players remained with their old team. The team spent Rs 639.15 crore for the total cost of the two days.

Now if we talk about the money left with the teams, then RCB has saved the most. The team saved Rs 75 crore. However, the team signed only 22 players instead of 25. If the team wanted, it could have bought two more players at the base price of Rs 30 lakh, but it did not happen. After this, the kings of Punjab saved three and a half crore rupees. Since there were only 25 players in the team, there was no room for additional players. Rajasthan Royals team also saved Rs 30 lakh. This team recruited 20 players. They could have bought another player for Rs 30 lakh.
