- Step 2: Update the WhatsApp app on your phone.
- Step 3: In the next step, update your contact list.
- Step 4: Open WhatsApp and then start the chat window of Railofy.
- Step 5: Enter the PNR number which consists of 10 digits in the chat box.
After doing this, you will receive all information of the train journey. Also, you can check the train’s status by dialling 139 from your smartphone. Here it must be noted that IRCTC enables passengers to place food order online while traveling on a train through the Zoop chatbot. They can do this via WhatsApp and have to add the number “+91 7042062070” to their contacts. The passengers must choose the station from which they want to place the order. They have to choose the restaurant, the food and complete payment. Once they arrive at the selected station, they will get the food.
