Want to evolve Budew into Roselia? Here is all you need to know about it! Follow the guide to know how you can push through to make this evolution happen. Let’s get started and find ways to evolve this baby Pokémon.
About Budew
Budew is a great Pokémon, especially if you are looking for a solid Grass and Poison type early in your journey. It is a baby Pokémon and is not as big and mature as other Pokémon. This also means that it requires a bit of extra care compared to others. You don’t just have to up your levels to make it grow, but actually have to build a bond with it. The stronger you can get your bond, the better it will be. Once it is happy enough and you level it up during the day, it turns into Roselia. It may require patience at times; however, its final form, Roserade, is known to be a powerhouse with a beautiful design and commendable special attack stats.
Evolve Budew: Make it More Efficient
If you want to evolve Budew as a Pokémon, then these are the steps that you can follow.
- Start by giving it a Soothe Bell to hold immediately, as this will build a base on which your bond can establish. This item is the most important tool because it provides a significant multiplier to every positive friendship action you take, adding to your friendship bar.
- As the next strategy, you can use vitamins like Protein, Iron, or Calcium if you have the cash. These provide a massive, instant boost to friendship levels. If you are short on money, certain berries like Pomeg or Kelpsy berries also raise friendship quickly. The only setback is that they may lower the stats at times. But if you deem it important, you can use them.
- Keep Budew at your party and just play the game. You gain friendship points even by walking a certain number of steps, so having it at the front of your team while you are doing absolutely anything can give it a great push and fill up the friendship bar.
- Another very important thing is that you have to monitor the clock. Budew will only evolve when it levels up during the daytime hours. If you somehow reach the max friendship at night, you are advised not to waste a Rare Candy then. You can simply wait until the sun is up in the game, which can then trigger Roselia’s evolution.
And that is simply how you can evolve Budew and give yourself an enhanced and strong Pokémon for the team!
