If you want to ride a bike in Pokémon FireRed, then these are the steps that you can follow.
Reach Vermilion City
This is the place to begin if you want that bike. You’ll naturally arrive here after getting your second badge in Cerulean City and heading south through Routes 5 and 6, which is the trigger.
Visit the Pokémon Fan Club
Just find the Fan Club building in the north-central part of Vermilion City. Just a hint – it’s just above the Gym.
Talk to the Chairman
Once you are there, you’ll find a senior person sitting. Talk to the old man sitting on the sofa at the back of the room. He’s the Chairman, and he loves to talk about his Pokémon, so keep him engaged for a bit. When he asks if you want to hear about his favorite Pokémon, just select “Yes.” He may take some time to tell the story, but try to be patient.
Claim the Bike Voucher
After you have listened to the story attentively, the man will give you the Bike Voucher for free.
Return to Cerulean City
After you have the voucher in your hand, you must head back north, through the Underground Path, which is often quicker, to the Miracle Cycle shop.
The Exchange
Once you’ve reached back, talk to the shop owner behind the counter. He will see your voucher and trade it for a brand-new Bicycle. And voila! You’ll have a bike of your own.
