Aloo Cheese Paratha is a tasty recipe. To prepare it, first of all take wheat flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough by adding water little by little. Keep the dough covered for 10-15 minutes, so that it sets and the parathas become soft.

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add grated cheese, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli and garam masala and mix well. This prepared stuffing will enhance the taste of paratha.
