- 6 bread slices
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1-2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Bread Crumbs (for coating)
- oil for frying
How to make Bread Cheese Balls
Bread Cheese Balls are a great snack. To prepare this, first put boiled potatoes in a big bowl and mash them well. Now add grated cheese, green coriander, green chilli, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
Mix all these things well and prepare a smooth mixture. This mixture will become the delicious stuffing of the balls. Now cut the edges of the bread slices and soften the bread by applying a little water. After this, flatten the bread by pressing it lightly with your hands, so that it becomes easy to fill the stuffing in it.
Now make small balls from the prepared potato-cheese mixture. Now place a ball in the middle of the bread and close it from all sides and give it a round shape. Similarly, prepare balls from all the bread slices.

After this, make a thin solution by mixing cornflour and some water in a bowl. First dip the prepared balls in cornflour solution and then wrap them in bread crumbs.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry these balls on medium flame until they become golden brown and crispy. When they become nicely crunchy, take them out in a plate. Hot bread cheese balls can be served with tomato ketchup, green chutney or mayonnaise.
