  • 1 cup sago (soaked)
  • 3-4 boiled potatoes
  • 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp peanuts (roasted and crushed)
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • rock salt as per taste
  • oil or ghee for frying

Aloo Sabudana Tikki looks very tasty. To prepare this, first soak the sago in water for 4-5 hours or overnight. Keep in mind that there should not be too much water, just enough so that the sago swells and becomes soft.

Try pressing the prepared sago with your hand, if it gets mashed easily then it has been properly soaked. Now mash boiled potatoes in a big bowl and add soaked sago to it.

After this add green chilli, peanuts, green coriander, cumin and rock salt and mix well. Make tikkis by giving this mixture small round shapes with your hands. Heat a pan or pan and add oil into it.
