  • 250 grams paneer (mashed)
  • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 small capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • Green coriander (for garnish)

How to make Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is a delicious dish which is very much liked. To prepare it, first heat oil or butter in a pan or pan. Add chopped onion to it and fry it until it becomes light golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.

After this, add chopped tomatoes and cook well until the tomatoes become soft and mix well with the spices. When the masala is cooked well, add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix. Now add chopped capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.

After this add mashed cheese and mix everything well. Do not cook the paneer for too long, otherwise it may become hard. Finally add garam masala and green coriander and mix well.
