- Fresh Phalsa
- mint leaves
- cold water and ice cubes
- sugar or sugar candy
- black salt and white salt

Step-by-step recipe for making Phalsa Sharbat
- To make this, you have to wash most of the phallus thoroughly and let them dry.
- After this, take out the phalsa in a bowl and add sugar or sugar candy to it and add both types of salt. Now mash it well with your hands.
- You do not have to use a mixer because it will grind the seeds, which can cause bitterness in the sherbet.
