1 kilogram baby potatoes

200 grams tomato

50 grams coriander leaves

chilli pieces as required

4 tbsp pomegranate seeds

200 grams chopped onion

20 grams green chilli

Chaat masala as required

salt as required

To make this delicious chaat, take baby potatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Next, heat oil in a pan on medium-high flame and add chopped potatoes and fry them until they turn golden brown from all sides.

Switch off the flame and add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, chaat masala, chilli pieces and salt as per taste.

Mix well so that the potatoes are evenly coated.

Once done, transfer the chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with pomegranate
