- 1 cup dosa batter (or semolina batter)

How to make Onion Tomato Uttapam
Onion-Tomato Uttapam is a very tasty dish which is very much liked. To prepare this, if you do not have ready dosa batter, you can also make batter from semolina. For this, prepare a thick solution by mixing curd and some water in semolina. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells and the batter gets set.
Now heat a non-stick pan and apply light oil on it. Pour a ladle of batter on the pan and spread it lightly, take care not to make it thin like dosa. Immediately put chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander on it and press it lightly.

Add a little oil on the sides of the uttapam and cook on medium flame. When it becomes golden from the bottom side, turn it and cook it well from the other side also. When it becomes crispy and golden from both the sides, take it out in a plate.
