Take bath with hot water:
Especially in winter, if you are having pain somewhere, then you should take bath with slightly warmer water. Due to this, blood flow reaches all parts of the body. This also reduces the stiffness of your muscles to a great extent. However, one should not take too hot water.

Get a massage from a friend or a professional. This will relax all the muscles of your body and the pain will also reduce to a great extent.
Use sunglasses:
Many times, due to excessive exposure to our eyes, we start feeling migraine or irritation. Apart from this, pollution etc. can also enter our eyes which can cause more harm. Therefore, use sunglasses while going out.
