How to make Paneer Kulcha

To make Paneer Kulcha like a hotel restaurant at home, first add 1 teaspoon oil and a little salt and knead a soft dough. Then keep it covered with a cotton cloth on the sides to set. Now prepare the cheese stuffing. For this, grate the cheese. Now add green coriander, green chilli, salt, red chilli, finely chopped onion and 1 pinch of garam masala. Keep the stuffing aside.

Now to apply it on Kulcha, finely chop green coriander and take out 2 spoons of nigella seeds. Now set the kneaded dough and then make a thick ball. Make one ball big and then place the cheese stuffing in it. Use dry flour for rolling. After rolling a little, stick chopped coriander and nigella seeds on top and then roll it.

Fourth Step: Now heat the pan and put the prepared Paneer Kulcha on it. Bake the Panik Kulcha on medium flame by applying ghee on both the sides. You have to bake it till it becomes slightly crisp and then take it out and apply butter. Serve Paneer Kulcha with green coriander chutney. You can also make plain Kulcha in the same way without filling it with paneer.
