  • 4 boiled potatoes

How to make Potato Spring Roll

Making Potato Spring Rolls is very simple. For this, first of all heat some oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry lightly. Now add cabbage and carrots and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

After this mash the boiled potatoes and add it. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool.

Now take a spring roll sheet and keep the prepared stuffing aside. Apply flour mixture on the edges and close it by rolling it carefully. Keep in mind that the roll is sealed well so that it does not open while frying.
