material to make

Semolina- 1 cup
Curd- 1 cup
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum (finely chopped)
5-7 green chillies
green coriander leaves
Carrots (grated)
Pav bhaji masala- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
salt as per taste

method of making

To make Semolina Uttapam, first put semolina in a bowl.
After this add one cup curd in it. Also add salt and mix well. Now cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Then mix all the finely chopped vegetables in a bowl and add pav bhaji masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt and mix.
Now open the semolina batter and add water and mix it well.
Then place the pan on the gas and grease one spoon of ghee in it. After this, add and spread with the help of a spoon.
After this, add vegetables over the batter and mix.
Then cover and leave to cook. Now remove the lid and pour one spoon ghee on the vegetables.
Turn and cook well from both the sides. Now your hot semolina uttapam is ready.
Serve it with coconut or tomato chutney and enjoy.
