First of all you have to enter *99# code from the phone dialer.
Now you have to select your language.
Now the IFSC code of the bank has to be entered.
Now you have to select your bank account.
Now you have to enter the last 6 digits and expiry date of your debit card.
When all the details are found correct, the UPI facility is activated.
