2. Do Not Kill Any Zombies In The Grinder Area
After waiting the required time, you will proceed through the conveyor belt sequence.

While moving through the area:
Do not kill any zombies
Instead, stun or push them
Allow the machinery to pull them into the grinder
If you kill even a single zombie directly, the puzzle sequence will break and the doll will not appear later.

3. Flush A Toilet Eight Times
After escaping the basement, continue exploring the facility until you reach the West Wing.
Find a restroom and interact with one of the toilets.
