Ever since the teaser of Ramayana was launched, the social media market is abuzz with the fact that the VFX of Ramayana has been copied from the Hollywood webseries Games of Thrones. Controversy and trolls were continuing on social media, meanwhile superstar Hrithik Roshan has reacted through a note.

Actually, after the teaser of this film starring Ranbir Kapoor was released, mixed reactions are being seen on social media regarding its visual effects (VFX). Some people criticized it as “like a video game”, while others praised its grandeur.
Meanwhile, while sharing a note on Instagram, Hrithik Roshan wrote that today there are some filmmakers in the industry who take big risks to give a new experience to the audience. Referring to films like Kalki 2898 AD, Bahubali and ‘Ramayana’, he said that their producers are his “heroes”.
Citing the example of his father Rakesh Roshan, Roshan said that even in films like ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ and ‘Krrish’, he took risks to give something new to the audience. According to him, only such people take cinema forward, who have the courage to do experiments that have never been done before. Ramayana is being directed by Nitesh Tiwari. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi will be seen in the role of Mata Sita.
The film will be released in two parts—the first part will hit the theaters on Diwali in 2026 and the second part will hit the theaters on Diwali in 2027. According to reports, with a budget of around Rs 4000 crore, it could be among the most expensive films of India till date. Currently, ‘Ramayana’ remains at the center of discussion due to its lavish VFX and big budget, and now after Hrithik Roshan’s support, this debate has got a new dimension.
