Evil husband leaked wife’s private video of 13 minutes 14 seconds, created ruckus, reached in-laws house with weapons for dowry
Reva : Rewa Police has arrested the accused husband Shivam Sahu, who made his wife’s bedroom video viral in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. The accused is facing a serious allegation of making a pornographic video of his wife and uploading it on porn sites and social media. On Tuesday, the police presented him in the court, from where he was sent to jail in judicial custody.

The victim told the police that she was married to Shivam Sahu, resident of Jhula, on 10 May 2025. Since marriage, the accused used to harass her demanding dowry. When the victim refused to fulfill his demand due to financial constraints, the accused threatened to defame her. It is alleged that out of anger over not receiving dowry, Shivam recorded a private video of his wife lasting 13 minutes and 14 seconds and sent it to social media platforms and relatives.
Craze to become ‘popular’
Police investigation has revealed that the accused was addicted to watching porn sites for a long time and wanted to make himself a ‘star’. When the wife protested against making and uploading the video, he reportedly said that he was doing this to become popular, so that people would recognize him. The victim’s brother told that at the time of marriage, a demand of Rs 3 lakh was made, out of which Rs 2 lakh was given. The accused was continuously pressurizing for the remaining amount.

After making the video viral, the accused absconded to Mumbai. On February 12, he reached his in-laws’ house in Tilaiya village of Mauganj district on his Pulsar bike (MP 17 ZH 8856). There he threatened to kill the family with a sharp weapon. On receiving the information, the police cordoned off a search operation and arrested the accused on Tuesday.

CSP Rajiv Pathak said that the accused has been sent to judicial custody. The family need not fear, the police is ensuring security. Considering the seriousness of the matter, strict legal action is being taken.
