Ingredients for making Iranian tea
- Water – about 1.5 liters
- Tea leaves – 5 to 6 tablespoons
- flour (for kneading)
- Sugar – as per taste
- Full cream milk – 1 liter
- Condensed milk – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Green cardamom – 3 (crushed)
How to make Iranian tea at home?
- You can easily make Iranian tea at home also. For this, first of all you have to make the decoction.
- Take a handi or vessel and pour water in it and then boil it on high flame.
- Add tea leaves and sugar as per requirement in that water and cover it.
- After this, apply a paste of flour around the vessel so that the gas inside cannot come out and then close the lid tightly.
- Let the tea cook on low flame for at least 30 to 40 minutes. So that the tea becomes thick and there is no water left in it.
- After this, filter it thoroughly in a clean vessel or cuff.

What to do in step 2?
- Now take another vessel and add milk in that vessel and cook it on low flame.
- Add cardamom and condensed milk to it for taste.
- Let the milk cook for at least 10-15 minutes, so that it becomes thick.
- After cooking it completely, filter it.
- Now first pour the tea decoction in a cup. Slowly pour the heated milk over it.
