The company recently said that the new Venue has received more than 1 lakh bookings in India. Seeing this overwhelming response, the company has introduced a new H8 variant in the diesel automatic lineup. The new variant falls between the existing HX5 and HX10 trims, giving customers a stronger option in terms of features and price.
What were the options in the first diesel automatic
Earlier, the Venue diesel automatic model was available in only two variants, the HX5 and HX10, which differed significantly in price and features, making it difficult for many buyers to choose the right option. Now, the company has tried to bridge this gap by launching the new H8 variant, giving customers a balanced choice between features and price.

This variant of the new Hyundai Venue has many premium features that improve the driving experience. It gets ventilated front seats, 4-way electric adjustment and dual-tone leatherette seats with exclusive Venue branding.
This SUV also has many advanced technology features, such as:

- Auto-Hold with Electronic Parking Brake (EPB)
- rear disc brake
To improve the driving experience, it has been provided with Eco, Normal and Sport drive modes. Sand, Mud and Snow traction control modes are also available for different road conditions. The SUV also has paddle shifters, which make driving even sportier.
How is the engine and performance?
The new Venue H8 diesel automatic variant is powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine. This engine comes with 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. This powerful engine gives approximately 114 bhp and 250 Nm torque. Regarding mileage, the company claims that this SUV can give a mileage of up to 17.9 kilometers per liter.
