Hyundai Venue Knight Edition Launched In India At Rs 9.69 Lakh
Hyundai Motor India has launched the new Venue Knight Edition in India. The more sporty and menacing version of the latest-generation Venue has been launched with a price tag of Rs 9.69 lakh. Like all the other Knight Edition models, the new Venue Knight Edition gets blacked-out exterior and interior design elements, with red accents adding to the sporty appearance.
First off, let’s talk about the pricing of the Hyundai Venue Knight Edition. It is being offered in 5 variants. These are namely HX5 petrol MT priced at Rs 9.69 lakh, HX5 diesel MT at Rs 11.11 lakh, HX6T petrol MT at Rs 11.03 lakh, HX8 diesel AT at Rs 13.84 lakh, and lastly HX10 turbo petrol at Rs 14.79 lakh.
Additionally, Hyundai has also updated the pricing of the standard Venue, as it has now been updated with a factory-fitted dashcam. The HX6T petrol MT with the new dashcam has been launched at Rs 10.88 lakh (Rs 8,000 more), HX10 turbo petrol DCT at Rs 14.64 lakh (Rs 8,000 more), and HX10 diesel AT at Rs 15.64 lakh (Rs 13,000 more).

The Venue N-Line N10 turbo petrol DCT has also been updated with new pricing, and it is now Rs 24,000 more expensive than before. It is currently priced at Rs 15.48 lakh. Coming back to the pricing of the Knight Edition, when compared to the standard variants, it ranges between Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000.

Starting off on the outside, the Hyundai Venue Knight Edition boasts a black-painted front grille, matte black Hyundai logo, black skid plates instead of silver, black roof rails, black ORVMs, and black 16-inch alloy wheels. Additionally, it also gets red brake calipers and exclusive “Knight Edition” badging on the rear tailgate.
Moving inside the cabin, the Venue Knight Edition gets an all-black cabin theme, which replaces the standard blue and grey dual-color theme. It also gets brass-colored inserts on the steering wheel, climate control knobs, AC vents, and gear shifter accents. Additionally, the stitching on the seats and steering wheel is also brass-colored.

Apart from the Knight Edition, the standard HX6T, HX10, and N-Line variants have been given a new dashcam. Hyundai has also introduced two new color options, namely Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte.
As for the list of features, it remains the same as the standard model. It includes dual 12.3-inch screens (touchscreen infotainment system and digital instrument gauge cluster), automatic climate control with rear AC, wireless phone charger, single-pane electric sunroof, 6 airbags as standard, rear parking camera, ADAS suite, electronic parking brake, and disc brakes on all four corners.

Powertrain options have also been kept the same. These include the same 1.2 naturally aspirated petrol engine, which makes 83 bhp and 114 Nm of torque; a 1.0-litre turbo petrol making 120 bhp and 172 Nm of torque; and lastly, the 1.5-litre diesel engine, which makes 116 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. Gearbox options include manual, IMT, DCT, and torque converter automatic.
