He told that he felt discrimination in the show because he came from Bhojpuri industry. He has talked about it during an interview.
Monalisa said, “My journey was very short. When Vikrant and I got selected for the show, we also got to know about other couples and we thought that we will make new friends in the show. Although we understand that we will not share our thoughts with all the 50 people, still I thought that I will make friends with at least a few people. But after going there, I felt that people have brought their friendships and fights from outside into the house. So, I did not mix there. Pie.”
Monalisa told, “I am from Bhojpuri industry. I have done 200 films there and I come from the regional zone. But for the last seven years, I have also been working in the TV industry. But I did not understand why I was being sidelined. I felt discriminated against and kept wondering why this is happening.”
He further said, “In the initial days, when teams were formed, ten people were TV and reality show actors and the remaining ten were influencers. We did not get any chance to play. How could we make our place in the game? Their alliances were already strong. So we had to struggle a lot to make our place in the show. Finally, Vikrant got the chance, that too after a lot of opposition from Rajat Dalal and Adnan Shaikh. When he proved himself, Only then did he start being given some importance.”
