‘I am not a rapist’, the American president lost his temper after hearing the journalist’s question

US President Donald Trump lashed out at a journalist over the ‘claims’ of the man arrested in the Hilton Hotel dinner attack. A statement (manifesto) written by attacker Cole Thomas Allen is currently in the headlines. The anti-Trump manifesto, which Cole sent to his family, called Trump a pedophile, a rapist and a fraud. He lost his temper when the journalist questioned Trump based on that source. Calling the journalist a ‘bad man’, the President said, “I am not a child sexer.” I’m not a rapist. I did not rape anyone.”

Cole attempted to break through security in the hotel ballroom at a White House dinner late Saturday night. The thirty-one-year-old man was carrying several firearms, including a knife. Cole fired eight times. He also had a scuffle with the security guards. But he could not enter the ballroom. The security guards caught him outside. It was later revealed that Cole had prepared an anti-Trump manifesto. And he sent it to his family members. Although Trump’s name is not mentioned anywhere in that manifesto, there is no doubt that the speeches were aimed at the US President. The manifesto read, “I refuse to take the blame for the crimes committed by a pedophile, a rapist and a fraud.” Meanwhile, Trump gave an interview to CBS News an hour after the dinner shooting. While talking to Nora O’Donnell, the journalist of that channel, he started reading the words written by Nora Cole. The president immediately lost his temper. He said in an angry voice, “I was waiting for you to read that text.” Because I knew you would. I will raise this issue. Because you’re a bad guy. Bad guy.” Then he added, ‘Yes, he wrote that. But I’m not a bully. I did not rape anyone. Does that mean you think he was talking about you?”

Calling the journalist a ‘bad man’, the President said, “I am not a child sexer.” I’m not a rapist. I did not rape anyone.

The president shrugged it off and said, “I’m not a child sexer. Are you reading to me about that sick man? I have nothing to do with what he wrote. I’m innocent.” And so he added, “Yes, I have read it (the manifesto). He is mentally ill. Believing in extremism. What was once Christian is now antichrist. But you should be ashamed, you are reading all this rubbish. Because I’m none of that.”

In fact, Trump blamed the “hate speech” of Democratic leaders for the political violence of the captured attacker. The US President claims that the dangerous statements of the opposition are creating instability in the country. Although this is the third attempt to attack Trump in the last two years, he claimed that he was not worried at all when he heard the sound of gunshots. Rather, he was instructing the Secret Service officers on how to handle the situation. Trump claims that First Lady Melania Trump also handled the situation with a cool head. In his words, “She (Melania) is great. Handled everything with infinite patience.”
