The makers of Mechanic Rocky held the film’s pre-release event at Warangal. While having a candid chat with the host, actor Shraddha Srinath opened up about why she rejected Falaknuma Das (2019), which was directed, produced and headlined by Vishwak Sen. She said, “As actors we always look for something new in each role we take up. When I listened to Falaknuma Das, I didn’t find anything exciting in it. But I always wanted to work with Vishwak Sen. I am glad it happened with this film.”
Recently, Vishwak Sen interacted with BITS Pilani students and said, “In the days of Ee Nagaraniki EmaindiI approached Shraddha Srinath for Falaknuma Das and she rejected the role. Today, she is in our film. There’s a kick in that.”
Mechanic Rockywritten and directed by Ravi Teja Mullapudi, is billed to be an action entertainer with a triangular love story at its heart. Besides Shraddha Srinath, the film also stars Meenaakshi Chaudhary in the lead role. The film’s extended cast also includes Hyper Aadi, Harsha Vardhan, Viva Harsha, Raghuram among others. Vishwak Sen announced that the much awaited “Trailer 2.0” for the film will be out on November 18.
Mechanic Rocky is produced by Ram Talluri under the banner of SRT Entertainments. The film’s technicians include cinematography by Manoj Reddy and editing by Anwar Ali. Jakes Bejoy scored music for the action thriller. The film got postponed from its initial release date of October 31 and is set to storm the screens on November 22.
