Pakistan showbiz actress Saba Qamar has said that she is facing difficulty in breathing due to smog.
Actress Saba Qamar has shared a story on her official Instagram account in which she has written a message to the city of Lahore.
The actress wrote, ‘Dear Lahore I want to breathe, the smog is so heavy and suffocating I can feel it in every breath, for those of us who suffer from asthma it is not only uncomfortable but Struggling to survive, please clear the sky and return to your original state soon’.
This meaningful message of Saba Qamar is going viral on social media, which is also getting response from users belonging to Lahore.
Social media users say that they agree with the actress and it is really becoming difficult to breathe in the atmosphere of Lahore. Consumers have also demanded the government to take measures for smog control.
It should be noted that due to the problems caused by smog, the Lahore High Court has ordered to close the markets in Punjab at 8 o’clock and to keep them closed on Sundays.
The Lahore High Court had also ordered to start the work from home policy and ban the entry of smog-emitting vehicles on motorways and ring roads. The court said that the city is facing a state of emergency regarding smog.
It should be remembered that Lahore has become the most polluted city in the world with an overall air quality index of 292.
