A man has murdered his wife in the name of getting her treatment in a government hospital in Kadiri area of Andhra Pradesh. The accused Ganga Raju is a resident of Eidulpalli village of Mudigubba mandal of Satya Sai district. There were daily clashes with his wife Sunita. This matter is of Satya Sai district.
Ganga Raju used to beat Sunita badly. This time Sunita’s condition became worse after the assault. Sunita’s family admitted her to the government hospital in Kadiri. When Raju came to know that his wife was admitted to the government hospital, he also reached there.

Promised better treatment, killed
Raju explained to his wife that let’s go out for better treatment. He promised to take Sunita to a private hospital. He promised to maintain good relations with her from now on. Sunita agreed and came out of the ward. Sunita’s husband had come thinking that he would murder her.

Ganga Raju took out a knife from his pocket and slit his throat. Sunita died on the spot. As soon as information about the incident was received, Kadiri police reached the spot. Husband was also present there. Arrested him.

Now what next?
Andhra Pradesh Police has registered a case of murder against Ganga Raju. Now questions are also being raised regarding the security arrangements of the hospital. Local people are demanding that better security arrangements should be made in the hospital and security personnel should be deployed inside the ward also. The hospital administration is being criticized for this incident.
