If you stay with me, I will not make the obscene video viral… Blackmailed the girl, called her, three boys gang-raped her in Haryana

A very sad and shocking incident has happened in Nuh district of Haryana. Here a 17-year-old minor girl was allegedly gang-raped by three youths overnight. These three accused Waseem, Afroz and another Waseem already knew the girl and are residents of the same village. The accused had blackmailed the girl and kept her in touch with them for several months.

He had given the girl a mobile phone and pressurized her to talk continuously. Also, they had threatened that if the girl broke contact or told anyone, they would make the objectionable video recorded earlier viral on social media or online. Because of this fear, the girl continued to bear everything silently and was living alone under the shadow of fear.

The victim narrated her ordeal

On Friday night, an accused called the girl and threatened to tarnish the honor of the family. After this the girl was taken to a tube well amidst the fields outside the village. There the three accused allegedly sexually assaulted her one by one and this brutality continued throughout the night. When the girl did not return home for several hours, her family members kept searching for her throughout the night, but nothing was found. The next morning at around 11 o’clock the girl reached home and tearfully narrated her entire ordeal to the family. The family immediately complained to the police. A police officer said that the family members of the accused had also threatened the girl and her father.

Investigation continues against the accused

An FIR has been registered in this matter at Sadar Tauru Police Station. A case has been registered under the POCSO Act (Law for Protection of Minors from Sexual Offenses) and relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). These include serious allegations like serious sexual harassment, criminal intimidation and wrongful imprisonment. It is expected from the police that the accused will be arrested as soon as possible and justice will be provided.
