In an interview given to Vogue magazine, Kiara talked openly about the preparation for that scene. She told that after becoming a mother, her perspective has completely changed. Kiara recalled that a lot of discipline and hard work was required to prepare for that famous bikini scene of ‘War 2’. After the shooting of the film was completed, she gave birth to a child, due to which her body had completely changed at the time of its release.

‘I will do it again’

Kiara and her husband Sidharth Malhotra recently welcomed their daughter. Kiara told that initially it seemed a bit difficult to accept this change. She said, ‘After the birth of the child, a thought came to my mind that ‘I have done this before, I will do it again.’ But then I understood that it is not about having the most perfect body.

‘I will respect my body’

Motherhood has completely changed the way Kiara looks at her body and herself. The pressure to look the same or be as fit as before does not matter to them anymore. Compared to giving birth to a new life, losing one or two kilos of weight now seems a very small thing. Regarding this change, Kiara further said, ‘Now when I look at my body, I think wow, you have created a complete human being! There can be no comparison to this. No matter what my shape or size is now, I will always respect my body. We should respect such great potential of our body.

Kiara and Siddharth had given the good news of their pregnancy by sharing a post together on social media in the beginning of 2025. In that post, both of them were holding small baby socks in their hands and the caption was written, ‘The biggest gift of our life. coming soon.’ Kiara kept her pregnancy very private. She rarely showed her baby bump in public and preferred to spend most of her time in solitude.
