Preparation will be done in six stages

ICC has divided this process into six parts. This includes preparation, testing, strengthening the body, regaining fitness, returning to the field and improving performance. Under the new system, a case manager will be appointed for every player. This will be a doctor or physiotherapist who will monitor the entire recovery process. Players will be given mental support in the initial phase so that they can become comfortable with the new responsibilities after becoming mothers. After this, fitness and strength training will be started gradually.

After about eight weeks, players will be allowed to run and practice under the supervision of doctors and physiotherapists.
