ICC Test Rankings: Yashasvi and Pant got benefit while Rohit and Kohli suffered loss

ICC Test Rankings: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest ranking of players. In this ICC ranking, Yashasvi Jaiswal has gained one position in Test batting. With this, Yashasvi has entered the top-5. In fact, Yashasvi scored a half-century (56) in the first Test series against Bangladesh in Chennai. He is currently India's highest ranked Test batsman.

Along with this, Rishabh Pant has also benefited in the ICC rankings. He has returned to the top-10 again. He scored 39 runs in the first innings of the Chennai Test and scored a century (109) in the second innings. Let us tell you that Pant has returned to Tests after a long time. He has played Test matches after December 2022 and has batted brilliantly. He is in sixth place with 751 points.

At the same time, star batsman Virat Kohli and captain Rohit Sharma have suffered losses. Kohli has slipped five places to reach 12th. He has 709 points. He scored a total of 13 runs in the first test. Rohit, famous as 'Hitman', also remained silent with the bat. He scored a total of 11 runs. Rohit has also slipped five places. He is currently at number 10. He has 716 points. Joe Root (899) is at the top while Kane Williamson (852) is at second place.
