The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has completed an extensive wave of airstrikes in Iran’s central city of Isfahan, according to an official statement by the IDF Spokesperson.
As per Ynetnews, the IDF said, “We completed extensive wave of strikes against regime targets in Isfahan and other areas.”
This comes amid the ongoing 2026 Israel-Iran war, with Israel (supported by the US) conducting sustained air campaigns to degrade Iran’s missile production, air defenses, and military capabilities. Iranian media reported casualties in some strikes, while Israel says the goal is to neutralize threats following Iranian missile barrages on Israeli cities.
Tensions remain high as both sides exchange blows.
