“If he woke up as Rohit Sharma, I would look for my shoes, phone and belt”: Imam-ul-Haq on Team India captain’s habit of forgetting things
Pakistan batter Imam-ul-Haq has revealed that Rohit Sharma has a habit of forgetting things and once misplaced his iPhone and Airpods during the captains’ meet in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Imam called the legendary batter a ‘personality of a different level’ for not remembering his accessories.
Speaking on the Ultra Edge Podcast, the southpaw was asked what he would do if he woke up as Rohit Sharma. He gave a hilarious answer.
Imam said that he would look for a belt, shoes, and phone and try to recall things he did a day before if he became Rohit Sharma.
“He is a different kind of a person as he forgets after keeping his bats and gloves somewhere. Babar Azam once told me about Rohit’s habit. He came for the captains’ meet and had a new iPhone and Airpods with him,” Imam said.
“Babar said that Rohit left his iPhone in the meet and then in the plane. He misplaced his AirPods every two minutes. Rohit cursed himself because of his habit,” he added.
