If work is not done in 30 days, you will be directly suspended on the 31st day! CM Samrat Chaudhary gave last warning to the officers
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has given a very strict and final warning to the government officials who are lax in their work, delaying files and being negligent in the work of the general public. During a grand program organized in the huge grounds of Jagannath High School, Tetia Bamber, Munger, the Chief Minister bluntly said that if any officer did not complete the important work of the public within 30 days, then if found guilty, that officer would be suspended and sent home on the very 31st day.
The Chief Minister warned in clear words that now no influential person will be able to come forward and save the corrupt and idle officers in the state. Direct monitoring of this entire new administrative system is being done very closely at the level of Chief Secretary and DGP of the state itself, so that the public does not have to make rounds of government offices.
‘Panchayat Day’ will now be celebrated on the last Sunday of every month
Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary made another big announcement from the stage and said that from now on, on the last Sunday of every month, a grand event of ‘Panchayat Development Day’ will be organized in all the 8.5 thousand panchayats of Bihar. On this special and special day, the honorable MPs, MLAs, local heads and all the ward members of the area will come together and sit at the Chaupal of the villages. The main objective of this mass meeting will be to completely eradicate poverty from villages, improve the level of education in government schools, provide better health facilities in rural areas and take immediate decisions on very important and sensitive issues like pending pension of the elderly and take on-the-spot action.
Budget of Panchayats of Bihar increased by two and a half times, treasury opened
To give a new and faster pace to the development of the villages of Bihar, the state government has completely opened its treasury. The Chief Minister said that through the 17th Finance Commission, the old budget of the Panchayats of Bihar has been directly increased from Rs 20,000 crore to Rs 52,000 crore. Additionally, a new and comprehensive ‘Vikas Bharat Ji-Ram-Ji’ campaign will now be launched in full force in place of MNREGA in the state, which will bring in a huge and record amount of up to Rs 70,000 crore for the rural development of Bihar.
The government is also going to implement an excellent and new policy to bring self-reliance in the electricity sector. Under this unique scheme, if any poor family installs solar panels on the roof of their house and produces more than 125 units of electricity apart from their needs, then the Bihar government will purchase that extra electricity itself and the money in exchange will be transferred directly to the bank account of the beneficiary. Along with this, to make the rural women economically self-reliant and strong, Jeevika Didis will be given milch cows absolutely free for cow rearing, and the government itself will take the entire responsibility of purchasing the milk produced from them at the right price.
Asked about the condition of the public in Angika language, the field echoed with applause.
During his address, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary expressed his deep gratitude towards the godlike people of Tarapur and Munger with folded hands. To create a direct and emotional connect with the public from the stage, he asked in the local Angika language, “So toy sab theek chho na? Thek chho na ki?” Similarly, the whole ground became jubilant with this affection of the Chief Minister. As soon as the Chief Minister heard his mother tongue, the crowd of thousands present there started cheering and the entire pandal kept resonating with applause and slogans for a long time.
