Second step- After this, take milk in a vessel and put it on the gas to boil. You have to let the milk boil until the milk thickens a little.

Third step- While the milk is boiling, separate some of the roasted makhanas and add the remaining makhanas to the mixer and grind them to form a coarse powder.

Fourth step- After this you have to mix coarse powder of makhana in milk. Also add sugar and cardamom powder to the makhana kheer.

Fifth step- When the kheer becomes thick, turn off the gas and mix the whole roasted makhanas which were kept separately in it.

Sixth step- Finally, to enhance the taste of Makhana Kheer, you can also add finely chopped dry fruits to it.
