‘If you are not enjoying then leave’, Google presented exit plan to its employees

Google has presented an interesting plan to its employees. The company has said that now it is going to follow the path of AI-first and those who are not enjoying it can take an exit plan. Google has made this offer in front of those employees who are part of the global business organization. Last year also the company had made such offers twice and later said that this plan was very successful.

Google has made it clear that it needs only such people who can work according to the AI based future. According to the report, the company’s Chief Business Officer Philip Schindler has said that the pace the company has currently maintained is good and needs to be maintained.

What is the offer?

As Schindler has said that the company wants only those people to stay together who want to do AI based work and like it. This is why Google has offered that those who are not able to keep pace with AI can opt out. If they want, they can go to another company or do whatever they want, the company will also give money for this.

However, employees of the company’s sales and customer facing teams cannot take advantage of this. Employees from the solution team, sales, corporate development and other departments can take advantage of this. Those who leave the job under this offer are given some money.
