The whole family eats it with great gusto. Today we are going to tell you how to make protein-rich gram dal pakodas. Which you can make very easily and serve it with hot tea. Ingredients required to make Chana Dal Pakora
Chana dal – 1 cup,
Cumin- half teaspoon,
Coriander spice – 1 teaspoon,
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon,
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon,
Curd 3 spoons,
Crushed black pepper – half teaspoon,
Chopped green chilli – 1 tablespoon,
Oil – for frying,
Salt – as per taste
How to make Chana Dal Pakora
To make chana dal pakoda, first wash the chana dal with clean water and then soak it in water for 4 hours. After the stipulated time, filter out the excess water from the soaked gram dal. Now put the pulses and green chillies in the mixer grinder jar and grind them and prepare a coarse paste. Do not grind the paste very finely.

After this, grind whole coriander and black pepper coarsely. After this, cut the green chillies into fine pieces. Now put the prepared paste in a deep bowl and add coriander seeds, garam masala, curd, red chilli powder, coarsely ground black pepper and mix. After this add salt as per taste and mix.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, take the prepared mixture little by little in your hands and make pakodas and put them in the pan. Fry the pakodas until they become golden and crispy. Similarly, prepare crispy chana dal pakora with all the batter. After this take it out in a plate. Now serve tasty gram dal pakoda with green chutney. You can also serve gram dal pakoda with hot tea in the evening.
