To get this, go to your messaging app and type: PORT (your mobile number), send this message to 1900. You will receive a UPC code via SMS, which will be valid for 15 days (in Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and North Eastern Region it is valid for 30 days).
Visit BSNL Service Center or Retail Store: Once you have the UPC code, visit your nearest BSNL Service Center or authorized retailer and complete the further process.
