IGLP 2025: Bhullar wins third title, Tanvi-Ashmita

World number 96 Ashmita Chaliha made a brilliant comeback after losing the first game against fifth seeded compatriot Anmol Kharb and won 16-21, 21-17, 21-16. In men’s singles, Tushar Suvir defeated Bismo Raya Oktora of Indonesia 21-17, 18-21, 21-15. At the same time, top seed and world number 40 player Tharun Manepalli defeated compatriot Mairaba Luwang Mesnam 21-13, 21-16.

In the mixed doubles pre-quarterfinals, Rutwika Shivani Gadde and Rohan Kapoor defeated Malaysian pair Wee Yee Hearn and Wani Gobi in straight games 21-19, 21-14.
