‘Illegal construction will be demolished in Seemanchal of Bihar’, Amit Shah said – will not tolerate infiltration

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made strict remarks regarding infiltration and illegal construction in the border areas. He said that infiltration in Bihar, West Bengal and Jharkhand is a serious challenge to the internal security of the country. In such a situation, strict action against the identification of infiltrators is very important.

Special action plan ready soon

The Home Minister said that illegal constructions within a radius of 10 kilometers from the International Border will be identified and demolished. For this, a special action plan has been prepared soon. He said that any kind of illegal activities will not be tolerated at all in the border area.

Vigilance instructions to SSB

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the administrative and residential building of the 52nd corps of SSB at Leti in Sikti, Araria, Amit Shah expressed concern over the demographic change in Seemanchal. He talked about getting this matter investigated. Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) was instructed to remain vigilant to prevent infiltration and smuggling.

Review regarding progress of development plans

The Home Minister will attend the security review meeting with the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police of the border districts. In the meeting, the progress of border management, law and order and development plans will be reviewed. Along with this, the implementation of the Central Government’s ‘Vibrant Villages Programme’ will be discussed.

Shah on three-day visit

Let us tell you that the Home Minister is on a three-day tour of Seemanchal. He rested for the night in Kishanganj on Wednesday. After this, before leaving for Araria, he worshiped at the local Hanuman temple. During this time a huge crowd was seen outside the temple. Shah’s program is scheduled in Purnia on Friday. Here he is going to participate in various administrative meetings and public meetings.
